Tipsoo Lake Pre Sunrise Early wake up, perfect location for setup...and nature doing her thing. The skies offered an amazing palette of colors above Mount Rainier and the reflection in the lake below completed this incredible scene at Mt. Rainier National Park.

Tipsoo Lake Sunrise Mother Nature at her finest - there's nothing more incredible than seeing alpenglow. Oh - maybe when you add in a perfect sky, reflection and trees that bookend the scene!

Colter Bay Dock Views I'm not supposed to be biased about my own photography but this is my new favorite capture. I just love the soft sky, the snow capped mountains, the gentleness of the water and the overall zen this photograph displays. Colter Bay in Grand Teton National Park is a natural beauty indeed.

Schwabacher Sunset Delight I was treated to an amazingly gorgeous sunset at my absolute favorite spot in Grand Teton National Park, Schwabacher Landing. The colorful sky danced both above us and below us bookending the beautiful treeline and mountains we were privileged to see in front of us. A magical scene indeed.

Foggy Oxbow Bend A slightly different take on sunrise at Oxbow Bend, this early morning capture offers stunning moodiness with the fog drifting atop the Snake River at Grand Teton National Park.

Moulton Barn Peek-A-Boo I must say the Moulton Barn is extremely photographic from every angle, in each season and any time of day. The history from here on Mormon Row in Grand Teton National Park is truly amazing to learn about and this classic view is timeless.

Painted Horse meet Grand Teton Beautiful simplicity is on full display here as a painted horse grazes below the majestic Tetons at Grand Teton National Park.

Yosemite Summer Valley View This...is Yosemite. Alongside the Merced River is the perfect viewing area to see the iconic El Capitan on the left side with Bridalveil Falls on the right. Nearing the end of day, the sun casts a beautiful tone on the rocks and the refection was just as stunning

Yosemite Winter Valley View Can I tell you a secret? This is hanging on my wall in my living room. I waited months to get to Yosemite after a fresh snow yet when the park was open during Covid. Worth the wait.

Yellowstone Brook Yellowstone is so beautiful in so many ways. This little flowing brook had a great leading line for your eyes to follow to a moody sunset and bank of clouds at the end of this afternoon.

Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone A majestic sight to see - how a river has carved out an incredible scene - a powerful waterfall, gently flowing river and colorful hillsides. A classic Yellowstone image!

Moulton Barn View Moulton Barn is perhaps the most famous barn in America and offers stunning views with the Grand Tetons behind it. I love this viewpoint, down low amidst the grass.

Grand Teton Morning Perhaps my favorite national park, Grand Teton National Park offers so much beauty and yet is not a heavily trafficked destination. Just south of the more popular Yellowstone, the Tetons offer a serene, calm beauty. This particular morning was incredible as I woke up early and went by Schwabacher's Landing to grab this beaut.

Badlands Sunrise No, this isn't Mars; this is Badlands National Park in South Dakota at sunrise, There may not be snow on the ground, but this morning was awfully cold. These views made the chattering teeth well worth the efforts.

Badlands Sunrise2 Slightly different view and a few minutes later, this shot was taken the same morning as the other Badlands shot. The unique landscape is unlike any scene I've ever seen.

Delicate Arch Sunset As I stood here in front of one of our nation's true iconic national park landmarks, I was in awe. The sky had turned a blueish gray and seemed to offer layers creating this texture above to compliment Delicate Arch and the last rays of sun hitting on the top portion. With dozens of others around, I had no more than a few seconds to grab this shot sans human beings.

Mesa Arch Sunrise An iconic shot, the Mesa Arch at Canyonlands National Park was a bucket list grab. Waking up around 3:30 in Moab, the hustle was on for one of just a couple spots where I knew the sun would be perfectly framed for this composition. Seeing the sun glow under the arch was amazing to see in person.

Moulton Barn Sunrise The most famous barn in America, the Moulton Barn in Grand Teton National Park enjoying the first rays of the day while basking below the Tetons. So many different angles stand out on this beautiful barn but I love the tall grass in the foreground.

Grand Prismatic Spring The Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park offers some amazing colors. The largest hot spring in the United States, the Grand Prismatic has a beautiful viewpoint from which this picture was taken. The sheer size of the hot spring is shown in size relative to the human beings on the far side of the springs.

Mt Rainier Morning Mt. Rainier is quite an impressive mountain if you've never seen it in person. There's not a bad view of the mountain from any angle but I truly love the view off aptly named Reflections Lake. A fine mist was rolling off the water this morning as the sun was just touching the east side of the mountain.

Merced River Half Dome Half Dome is an incredible sight - even bigger in person. I wish I had the courage to hike it but that's another story. This beautiful fall shot along the Merced River shows great perspective.

Yosemite Chapel A dazzling smorgasbord of colors on this blistery winter day at Yosemite National Park displays this beautiful chapel frozen with snow on the ground and blue sky above.

Yosemite El Capitan Perhaps the most recognizable 'face' of Yosemite National Park perched high above the valley is El Capitan, glowing with the morning sun as the Merced River flows below.

McDonald River in Glacier National Park Glacier National Park is one of our nation's finest in so many ways. Very seasonal offering majestic mountains and incredible hiking, this park really has it all. This shot was taken just off the roadway capturing the beautiful colors in the McDonald River before it feeds into the lake below.
